What this website does not collect

This is a static product website with no user accounts, no contact forms, no comments, no advertising and no third-party analytics. unnormal software does not embed marketing trackers, create visitor profiles or sell website visitor data.

Technical data used to deliver the site

The site is hosted by OVHcloud. Like other web hosts, OVHcloud processes requests sent by your browser and may create technical access and security logs. Those records can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP response status, referring page and browser or user-agent information.

OVHcloud also provides built-in Web Statistics for shared hosting. OVHcloud states that this reporting uses anonymised, aggregated traffic data. You can read OVHcloud’s documentation about hosting logs and statistics and Web Statistics.

Why technical data is processed

Technical request data is used to deliver pages and files, keep the hosting service secure, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and understand aggregate traffic. Where unnormal software determines this processing, the legal basis is its legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Cookies

unnormal software does not set advertising, analytics or account cookies on this website. The cookie notice uses local storage in your browser to remember when you dismiss it; this preference stays on your device and is not sent to unnormal software. OVHcloud infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and balance web traffic.

Retention and recipients

unnormal software does not create a separate visitor database or export hosting logs for advertising or profiling. Technical logs are retained only for as long as they remain necessary for site delivery, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements. Exact hosting-log retention is determined by the OVHcloud service configuration.

OVHcloud receives technical request data as the website’s hosting provider. No visitor data is shared with advertisers or data brokers. OVHcloud’s own handling of data is described in its privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Because unnormal software does not create user accounts or a visitor database, it may not be possible to connect an individual to anonymised statistics.

You may also lodge a complaint with Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
